RS 48:2076 - Establish feasibility; prior written concurrence A. The authority may construct projects under the terms and conditions set forth in this Chapter, subject to the prior express written concurrence of the secretary. Said projects must be part of the approved transportation plan and program of the department, where applicable. B. The authority shall conduct an economic feasibility study prior to initiation of any project to substantiate project need and feasibility. Acts 2001, No. 1209, §2.
