RS 48:2084.15 - Public-private partnership projects; limitations; port facilities Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to limit, restrict, or prevent the ability of any port authority, port, harbor and terminal district, or the offshore terminal authority, to construct, maintain, operate, expand, or create any facility within its jurisdiction or other areas within which such entity is authorized to act. If any property or facility of the authority or of any private entity authorized to act in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter is to be located within the jurisdiction of an existing port commission, port, harbor and terminal district, or the offshore terminal authority, the mutual written agreement of such entity shall be required before the authority approves the transportation facility.
