RS 48:2084.3 - Public-private partnership projects; affected local jurisdictions A private entity requesting approval from or submitting a proposal to the authority shall furnish a copy of its request or proposal to each affected local jurisdiction and responsible public entity. Each affected local jurisdiction which is not a responsible public entity for the qualifying transportation facility shall within sixty days after receiving a copy of the request or proposal submit written comments regarding the proposed qualifying transportation facility to the authority indicating whether the facility is compatible with local comprehensive transportation plans.
