RS 48:2100 - Contracts; construction; project development; law enforcement A. Contracts of the commission for the construction, improvement, or maintenance of any commission project shall be made and awarded pursuant to applicable provisions of state law. B. The commission may contract with either the state police, a law enforcement district, or municipal law enforcement agency to perform law enforcement and patrol functions on any commission project.
