RS 48:2136 - Feasibility; advice A. The authority, through the board, may construct projects under the terms and conditions set forth in this Chapter. The board may conduct an economic feasibility study prior to initiation of any project to substantiate project need and feasibility. B. The Ouachita Council of Governments, and all subcommittees thereof, shall serve in an advisory capacity to the board relative to any project or projects contemplated by or to be undertaken by the authority.
