RS 48:2152 - Central Louisiana Regional Infrastructure Beltway Commission; purposes The Central Louisiana Regional Infrastructure Beltway Commission, hereinafter referred to as the 'commission', is hereby created in the parishes of Rapides and Grant. The commission shall be created for the purpose of establishing and constructing a transportation and utility corridor for the growth of residential, commercial, and industrial developments serving the urban and rural areas of Rapides and south Grant parishes.
