RS 48:2176 - Compensation of directors Directors of the board shall not be entitled to any salary for services, but each member shall be reimbursed for actual expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of all duties in connection with the business of a compact in compliance with Policy and Procedure Memorandum 49, as promulgated by the division of administration, as amended and revised and may, if authorized by the board, be entitled to a per diem when conducting official business, not to exceed seventy-five dollars per day.
