RS 48:2178 - Right of public agencies to material Any compact created pursuant to this Chapter shall be subject to and fully comply with the Public Records Law (R.S. 44:1 et seq.) and the Open Meetings Law (R.S. 42:11 et seq.) of the state. The proceedings and documents of a compact shall be public record. All reports, maps, or other technical documents produced in whole or in part by a compact may be utilized by the department or any other public agency in any manner that they deem necessary and advisable in the conduct of their duties.
