RS 48:2196 - Identification of transportation network company vehicles and drivers A. The company's digital network shall display a picture of the driver and the license plate number of the motor vehicle used for providing the prearranged ride before the rider enters the driver's vehicle. B. Upon the request of a rider, a driver shall present his physical license or digitized driver's license to the rider prior to the start of each prearranged ride. Acts 2019, No. 286, §2, eff.
