RS 48:225 - Lease or acquisition of necessary buildings The department may, by lease, donation, purchase, or exchange, acquire or erect any buildings and structures that, in the opinion of the secretary, are required in conducting the business of the department. Amended by Acts 1977, No. 291, §1.
