RS 48:274 - Roadside advertising permitted When private advertising services are not available because of federal or state regulations, the Department of Transportation and Development may provide such services through appropriate road signs or emblems at appropriate fees. The department may promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act to implement the provisions of this Section.
