RS 48:275 - Historic bridges and other structures No bridge, highway, or roadway structure in the state maintained system shall be nominated for inclusion or placed in the National Register of Historic Places or otherwise designated as a permanent fixture not subject to removal or destruction without prior written approval from the secretary of the Department of Transportation and Development.
