RS 48:295.4 - Actions by or against the department in connection with contracts A. Any judicial action under this Part shall be governed by R.S. 49:978.1. B. Any appeal for judicial review of the secretary's decision shall be commenced in the Nineteenth Judicial District Court within sixty days after receipt of the decision of the secretary under R.S. 48:295.3(E).
