RS 48:348 - Informational maps and literature The secretary may, from time to time, issue maps of the state highway system, or brochures or pamphlets for the information and education of the traveling public in matters of traffic and safety. All such literature shall be issued in the name of the department and shall not bear the name of any individual employed by the state or seeking an elective office of the state. Reproduction of maps, brochures or pamphlets by any individual, firm or agency without the written approval of the secretary is prohibited. Amended by Acts 1977, No. 291, §1.
