RS 48:451.15 - Time for charging the jury; recordation of charge After the trial of the case and the presentation of all the evidence and arguments, the court shall charge the jury in accordance with law. This charge shall be in writing or recorded in the same manner as testimony taken in the case. Acts 1974, Ex.Sess., No. 30, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 1975.
