RS 48:461.16 - Outdoor advertising devices on Interstate 10 between LaPlace and Jefferson Parish prohibited Notwithstanding the provisions of R.S. 48:461.2, no outdoor advertising shall be erected or maintained within visual observation of the main traveled way of Interstate Highway 10 from a point one thousand feet east of the LaPlace interchange to the Jefferson Parish line.
