RS 48:461.17 - Outdoor advertising devices on Interstate 10 in the Atchafalaya River Basin Area; prohibited Notwithstanding the provisions of R.S. 48:461.2, no outdoor advertising shall be erected or maintained within visual observation of the main traveled way of Interstate Highway 10 between the West Atchafalaya Basin Protection Levee and the East Atchafalaya Basin Protection Levee.
