RS 48:482 - Contracts for making and repairing bridges Parish governing authorities may let out contracts for opening and repairing roads, making and repairing bridges, on the terms and conditions that they think most conducive to the public interest. However, they shall not make contracts for work exceeding in amount the funds in their treasury or the amount of taxes levied for that purpose.
