RS 48:832 - Acceptance of financial aid Any parish or municipality proceeding under this Sub-part may accept any appropriation, loan, gift, assistance, grant, contribution, or allocation from the United States of America or the State of Louisiana, or any agency or instrumentality thereof, or any public utility, private corporation or individual benefiting therefrom, and may enter into any agreement not prohibited by the state constitution which is necessary to obtain any such loan, gift, grant, assistance, contribution or allocation.
