RS 48:854 - Purchase of bridges Any parish may acquire by purchase any toll bridge wholly or partly constructed, or any franchises, servitudes, permits, or contracts for the construction of any such bridge, upon terms and at prices which are reasonable and can be agreed upon between it and the owner thereof. Title to the bridge shall be taken in the name of the parish.
