RS 48:861 - Restoration of or compensation for damages or destroyed property All public or private property damaged or destroyed in carrying out the powers granted under this Sub-part shall be restored or repaired and placed in its original condition as nearly as practicable or adequately paid for out of the funds provided by this Sub-part.
