RS 48:871 - Proceedings and conditions to issuance of bonds Bridge revenue bonds may be issued without any other proceedings or the happening of any other conditions or things than those proceedings, conditions, and things specified and required by this Sub-part or by the constitution. The powers conferred by this Sub-part are in addition to the power conferred by any other law, and this Sub-part, without reference to any other law is full authority for the purpose hereof.
