RS 48:878 - Provisions to protect bondholders Either the resolution providing for the issuance of bridge revenue bonds or the trust indenture made in connection therewith may contain such provisions for protecting and enforcing the rights and remedies of the bondholders as are reasonable and proper and not in violation of law.
