RS 48:885 - Contracts for use of bridges for pipe lines and electric lines The governing authority of the parish may contract with any person desiring the use of any bridge or any part thereof for placing thereon water, gas, or oil pipelines; telephone, telegraph, electric light, or power lines; railroad or street railway tracks; or for any other purpose. It may fix the terms, conditions, rates, and charges for that use.
