RS 48:93 - Consulting engineers; quarterly reports A. On the first day of each quarter of the fiscal year, October first, January first, April first, and July first, the department shall provide to the Joint Committee on Transportation, Highways and Public Works a report of all contracts between the department and consulting engineers. B. Such report shall include the following information for each contract: (1) The name of the engineer or engineering firm. (2) The amount of the contract. (3) The source of funds for the contract. (4) The purpose of the contract. (5) The status of the contract. (6) The anticipated completion date of the contract. Acts 1995, No. 317, §1; Acts 2001, No. 1032, §16.
