RS 48:997 - Impeding safe passage of ferries; penalty Any person who endangers, impedes, or harasses the safe passage of the chartered ferries across the streams of this state, shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than fifty dollars or imprisoned for not less than five days nor more than thirty days, or both.
