RS 49:1113 - Commission committees A. The commission may establish and provide for committees to advise and assist the commission in carrying out its duties and responsibilities. B. Committee chairs shall be appointed by the commission chair from among commission voting members. C. The commission chair, in consultation with the respective committee chairs, shall name the committee members. Committee membership may include persons other than commission members.
