RS 49:1117 - Contractual agreements The commission may enter into contractual agreements with not-for-profit and governmental organizations for any non-policy making functions it deems necessary. Such functions may include but are not limited to the operation of national service programs, organizing service conferences, providing professional training services, program oversight and financial management, grant writing, grant reporting, program analysis, public policy analysis, and all other non-policy commission duties mandated by the National and Community Service Trust Act of 1993.
