RS 49:1120 - State laws applicable The commission shall be subject to and its activities covered by Part II of Chapter 10 of Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, the Public Bid Law; Chapter 17 of Title 39, the Louisiana Procurement Code; Chapter 1 of Title 44 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, the Public Records Law; the Administrative Procedure Act; the Code of Governmental Ethics; and R.S. 42:11 et seq., the Open Meetings Law and shall be audited pursuant to R.S. 24:513.
