RS 49:1141 - Boaters' and fishermen's pledge In order to fulfill the obligations and responsibilities under this Chapter, the secretary may promote and encourage a program known as 'boaters' and fishermen's pledge' whereby the program may be conducted asking sportsmen to sign a commitment to bring trash and debris generated in their vehicle or boat back home or to proper disposal receptacles.
