RS 49:149.28 - State buildings; approval No state building constructed in whole or in part with public funds and the title to which stands in the name of the state shall be named unless the proposed name is submitted to and approved by Committee on Senate and Governmental Affairs and the Committee on House and Governmental Affairs, meeting jointly. No action shall be taken by the joint committee, except by the favorable vote of a majority of the members thereof from each house present and voting, each house voting separately.
