RS 49:214.8.3 - Creation of program A. The Atchafalaya Basin Program is hereby created as a program within the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority. B. The program shall include the director, the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority Board, the technical advisory committee, and the staff for the authority. Acts 2018, No. 570, §3, eff.
