RS 49:214.8.5 - Capital improvement program Any project which is proposed for inclusion in an annual basin plan that is not included in the basin master plan or the Atchafalaya Basin Floodway System, Louisiana Project shall first be reviewed, studied, and analyzed by the technical advisory group. The board may consider the proposal, and if approved, the project shall be included in an annual plan for presentation to the legislature for its approval. Acts 2018, No. 570, §3, eff. July 1, 2018.
