RS 49:324 - Approval of vouchers; political subdivisions The vouchers shall be approved by the state treasurer for payment on a specified date, to be determined at the time of their issue, and upon presentation on the date so specified. Acts 1976, No. 428, §1, eff. July 31, 1976.
