RS 49:464 - Attorney for state board or institution Any attorney of any of the boards or institutions of state who refuses or fails to represent the board or institution of which he has been chosen attorney on the plea that he represents or is employed by a person with an adverse interest, shall resign his attorneyship, and if he fails to tender his resignation within fifteen days, his said attorneyship shall by operation of this law become vacant.
