RS 49:902 - Definitions Agency, as used in this Chapter, means any agency, board, commission or other instrumentality of the State of Louisiana which is engaged in the regulation and/or licensing of any occupation, profession or trade, except those which may be directly related to the legislative or judicial branches of the state government.
