RS 49:987 - Printing and publication of Louisiana Register; proof of certified edition The Office of the State Register may enter into contracts with private publishers for the printing, publication, sale, and distribution of any edition of the Louisiana Register and the Louisiana Administrative Code prepared by the Office of the State Register and certified by it pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter. Those editions so authorized by the Office of the State Register and containing the printed facsimile of the Office of the State Register's certificate of correctness shall be admissible as prima facie evidence of the rules contained therein.
