RS 49:992.1 - Applicability; ethics complaints All adjudications involving alleged violations of any provision of law under the jurisdiction of the Board of Ethics shall be resolved as required by the provisions of this Chapter and the Administrative Procedure Act to the extent that such provisions do not conflict with Part III of Chapter 15 of Title 42 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
