RS 49:999.25 - Additional ground or cause Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the provisions of this Part shall provide an additional ground or cause of action for suspension or revocation of a license or permit issued by an issuing agency and shall be in addition to any other sanction or penalty which such agency is specifically authorized to impose.
