RS 50:61 - Right of entry Any person employed in the execution of a survey authorized by the Congress of the United States may enter upon lands within the state for the purpose of doing any work which may be necessary to carry out the object of then existing laws relative to surveys, and may establish permanent station marks, and erect the necessary signals and temporary observatories.
