RS 51:1053 - Finances The governor is authorized, on behalf of the state, to apply for and receive and accept from any federal agency, the state, or the political subdivisions of the state or from any source, public or private, grants, loans, or advances for or in the aid of the restoration and revitalization cooperative endeavor project or projects of MALTS.
