RS 51:1054 - Cooperation of departments, agencies, and officers; cooperation with the Louisiana Recovery Authority A. The departments, agencies, and officers of this state and its subdivisions are hereby authorized to cooperate in the furtherance of any of the activities pursuant to the MALTS. B. The Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana and Texas Supercommittee shall operate in concert with and with full recognition of the role, scope, and mission of the Louisiana Recovery Authority and shall cooperate with such authority in all regards.
