RS 51:1104 - Corporate powers In furtherance of the purposes of corporations formed under the provisions of this Chapter, the powers conferred on business corporations by the provisions of Chapter 1 of Title 12 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, shall apply to any corporation organized hereunder except to the extent that any of such provisions are in conflict with the express provisions of this Chapter.
