RS 51:1105 - Approval by Board of Commerce and Industry Before the certificate of incorporation of any corporation organized pursuant to this Chapter shall become effective and before the charter for said corporation may be issued by the secretary of state, the said certificate or articles of incorporation for said corporation shall be approved by a majority vote of the board of commerce and industry of the state of Louisiana.
