RS 51:1157.3 - Rapides Parish industrial development board; bond issuance prohibited Beginning August 1, 1993, the Industrial Development Board of Rapides Parish shall be prohibited from issuing any bonds pursuant to the authority provided by Chapter 7 of Title 51 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950. The board shall honor all bonds issued previous to August 1, 1993. Acts 1993, No. 735, §1.
