RS 51:1287 - Legislative oversight and review Any rules or regulations promulgated or adopted by the Louisiana Tourism Promotion District shall be subject to legislative oversight by the House Commerce Committee and the Senate Committee on Commerce, Consumer Protection, and International Affairs in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. The district shall further submit a report to such committees, no later than October first of each year, relative to its activities and finances during the immediately preceding fiscal year.
