RS 51:1414 - Other investigative and subpoena authority The attorney general may use in the enforcement of this chapter all other authority for investigation, supervision and conduct of actions on behalf of the state which is provided in the Louisiana Constitution, and for the enforcement of this chapter and its provisions, the attorney general may use all other authority and procedures available to persons under the Louisiana Civil Code, Code of Civil Procedure and Revised Statutes.
