RS 51:151 - Discovery; costs The judge may order the taxation and payment of costs in the proceedings under authority of R.S. 51:143 against the person examined, or any person connected in any way with the examination. Costs shall be collected in the ordinary way, and an itemized statement of costs shall be filed with the clerk of the district court to whom all costs shall be paid.
