RS 51:1922.1 - Administration of the program Louisiana Economic Development shall maintain and interpret policy for the Louisiana Capital Companies Tax Credit Program. The Office of Financial Institutions shall perform the regulatory and examination functions of the program. Acts 2001, No. 1122, §1, eff. July 1, 2001.
