RS 51:1930 - Other department responsibilities The department, in addition to other grants of authority to promote the economic development of the state, is hereby authorized to serve as a clearinghouse for information relevant to potential incorporators or organizers of certified Louisiana capital companies and for the locating and promoting of qualified Louisiana businesses seeking infusions of capital.
